When Angelenos vote for Feuer for mayor, they’ll get exactly the government they enable. And exactly the results. [More]It's hard to believe there are places in America where a politician with a consistent record of failure saying "Give me your guns and more power" is a winning campaign strategy.

Feuer Going for More Gun Laws Hides Failure of L.A. Government
Wednesday, February 24, 2021
Ghosting Freedom
“Untraceable ghost guns are now the emerging guns of choice across the nation,” Feuer said. “Nobody who could buy a serialized gun and pass a background check would ever need a ghost gun. Yet we allege Polymer80 has made it easy for anyone, including felons, to buy and build weapons that pose a major public safety threat.” [More]
"Weapons of choice," eh?
It's not a "Bill of Needs."
The major threat to public safety is overwhelmingly Democrat constituents who have proven they can't be trusted without a custodian.

Beck and Feuer Exemplify Gun-Grabbing Oath Breakers
In true Opposite Day fashion, Feuer’s and Beck’s “progressive” stance is actually one desperately clinging to the past to maintain L.A.s “may issue” permit system. That generally means “may not” as far as commoners are concerned, ensuring the only non-law enforcement citizens allowed to “legally” carry are well-connected political elites and celebrities. [More]Funny how they use the word "dictate" to describe laws that would impede their tyrannical infringements.

Rights-Free Zones
"Concealed carry reciprocity is an attack on local law enforcement, and an attack on local laws ... The same laws that apply to rural areas should not apply to urban areas with millions of people and thousands of police." [More]Absolutely! It's not like there's a "supreme Law of the Land" or anything. Besides, what did Dear Leader say about Chicago and Cheyenne?
So out with free speech. And being secure in your person and effects. And how can you self-incriminate if you're not doing anything wrong?
Ditto with "cruel and unusual punishment." And equal protection. And due process...
Oh, and while we're tightening the iron grip on OUR home, we're also coming after yours. You didn't think protestations over "home rule" meant anything besides ruling all homes, did you?
Vance and "Der" Feuer. Figures.

We're the Only Ones Flooding the Streets Enough
An NBC Bay Area investigation into the loss and theft of police firearms uncovered more than 500 weapons have gone missing from eight different law enforcement agencies since 2010. [More]And naturally, they're being uncooperative.
Let the outrageousness of who and where these people are, and what exemptions and power they have, sink in for as moment. This is at a minimum, criminal negligence, and, noting utter piece of filth Leland Yee, quite possibly more.
Remember this when you see Gavin Newsom or Kevin de León or Mike Feuer or some other goddamn totalitarian demand new ways to persecute those who want to claim their rights. This is the inevitable result of Opposite Day "progressive" disarmament edicts they call "common sense gun safety laws" for the manipulation of the cud-chewers. It's also the inevitable result of the subversive cultural terraforming that enables such corruption to rise to power.

Connect the Dots
"DAPA would deem over four million unlawfully present aliens as 'lawfully present' and eligible for work authorization," says the Texas brief. "And 'lawful presence' is an immigration classification established by Congress that is necessary for valuable benefits, such as Medicare and Social Security." [More]And here's an amicus curiae, initiated on the taxpayer's dime, by Bill de Blasio and Eric Garcetti (with a special guest appearance by Mike "Der" Feuer), and mayor/city groups that otherwise scream "Home Rule!" whenever its their ox getting gored. It "justifies" its case by citing skewed economics -- that is, economics that spread specialized "benefits" happy talk without factoring in total costs. And guess who the authority they cite to make their case is.
Yup, the Grover/Bloomberg Alliance.
But by all means -- listen to the "single issue" apologists and keep him on the board. After all, what could this possibly have to do with the Bylaws mandate "To protect and defend the Constitution of the United States [and] [t]o promote public safety, law and order, and the national defense…"?
Ain't that right, Ted?
It's all connected. Nobody thought Obama could "fundamentally transform America" all by his own self, did they?

Best Practices
Yeah, as long as you have the firepower to infringe on unalienable rights without the due process protections of being tried and found guilty by a jury, and as long as we understand that it doesn't stop anyone who is a proven threat to from access to potential victims or to be able to obtain whatever tools and materials he's determined to get, then yeah, I guess you could call these "best practices." [More]Brought to you by our old pal Mike "Der" Feuer. (Uh-oh, I'm not going to get in Nugent trouble for implying he acts like an the odious little Nazi, am I? Too late!)
I wonder if we can get any closer to finding out who else is bringing this to us than last time?
Nothing I can find yet on Guidestar and I don't have time right now to spend looking around, especially since these guys always seem to want to cover their tracks. Still I won't be surprised to find a familiar troll lurking under the bridge...

NPFCD
Nazi Persecutors for Citizen Disarmament [More]
Founding member: Mike "Der" Feuer.
He doesn't much care for freedom of expression and private property rights, either.
Gomer?
I'm reminded of an emotionally satisfying little project I conducted at one of the "ATF Night" dinners we used to hold when I lived in Southern California. Then-councilthing and domestic-enemy-in-training "Der" wanted the city to mandate thumbprints for ammo purchases. I brought a piece of paper and an ink pad, and a bunch of us signed and stamped it under a note telling him we were giving him a fingerprint instead of a thumbprint, and inviting him to guess which one we'd used.
Looks like it's time to re-send the sentiments to this Kapo for Kristallnacht. And to his criminal co-conspirators.
Speaking of which, in typical "transparent public servant" fashion, their website has been registered under a proxy. And looky what Guidestar tells us-- or more to the point, doesn't.
Bring it on, you sons of bitches. Mass enforcement -- and without it, your personal impotence will be revealed to embolden even more defiance -- may just backfire on you, and your victims may not be the only ones who regret the attempt.

Urban prosecutors form group to demand ‘gun control’
Where the funding for the effort is coming from, and if city funds have been used to foot the travel and expense bill for the Atlanta summit and other ventures is another area meriting disclosure. At this point, the group is new enough to where they do not yet appear listed on the Guidestar nonprofit website, and Secretary of State corporate entity searches yielded no results in California and New York, from where Feuer and Vance respectively hail. [More]Today's Gun Rights Examiner report notes some fraudulent political elites trying to lay more Astroturf down over the grassroots.

A Time to Every Purpose
"Guns have no place in or around our schools," Feuer said. [More]I'd be interested to see what "Der" would personally be prepared to do should someone disagree and decide it's a time to kill.

Underground Regulation?
Hell, I say let's bury it. Before they try to bury us. [Read]
Like they're trying to do, in yet another bit of subversion by despicable domestic enemy Mike "Der" Feuer.
What happened to that "home rule" the antis always resort to when more global easements eat away at their precious localized despotism? Oh, that's easy: These evil tyrants demand to rule you right down into your home.

What the Leopard Taught the Eagle
California bill would increase rules on rifles [More]Damn state is near drowning with existing debt and we've seen the Canadian experience with a long gun registry--so by all means, blow more government resources on this.
And naturally, Mike "Der" Feuer is at the center of things.
Maybe give 'em what they want instead of resisting? If they won't let you pull back, push forward? There's more than one way to kill a leopard.

"Der Feuer" Continues Hate Campaign Against Gun Owners
A California Democrat is proposing a new law requiring residents to register their shotguns and rifles or go to jail...Feuer is no friend of firearms owners...[More]Talk about an understatement.
Hey, it's nice to know that they have a handle on real crime in Kollyfornya and that the Golden State economy is healthy enough to handle the extra load in terms of record keeping, policing, prosecution and jailing of otherwise productive citizens. So nobody is going to be coming to the rest of us for a bailout because they're "too big to fail" or anything, right?
"Der" knows his proposal will have no effect on crime other than to squander limited law enforcement resources and create a new class of "criminal." It's been the same with every other attack on freedom he's gotten ink for over the years.
So why does he do it?
Easy.
Because he hates you and he can.
Because his constituents let him.

Macrolying for Microstamping
A proposed state bill requiring all new handguns to be stamped with microscopic identification tags could significantly decrease violence and shut down the illegal gun market if passed, proponents said in a news conference Tuesday.
No it could not either.
Good Lord, are these despicable creatures so incapable of approaching the truth that even the lies they spew need to be whoppers?
That's a stupid question, when Mike "Der" Feuer is involved.

From Your Warm, Live Fingers
If you are stopped by police in Kansas, don’t be surprised if the officer pulls out a little black box and takes your fingerprints. This reminds me of a little project we did at "ATF Night" several years back.
Then Los Angeles Councilman Mike ("Der") Feuer had proposed requiring ammunition purchasers to submit a fingerprint. I brought an ink pad and a sheet of paper, and several dozen of us in attendance made our impressions and signed our names to a letter asking him to guess which finger we had used.
