Here is Barack Obama's proclamation to fly the flags at half staff on April 19. He only issued it on April 16 and it was not posted on the White House blog until April 19.Today's Gun Rights Examiner column recommends raising flags instead of lowering them. Especially when some have reasons for wishing us to not remember the past.
