An Accurate Account
Anti-gun Group Wants to Ban Rifles "Too Accurate" for Civilians [More]Leave it to fraudulent "gun safety" cultists to declare it's better for us all if a rifle hits something besides what it's aimed at. The Opposite Day is strong in these "progressives."
Thing is, I can hardly be sympathetic to Tracking Point, seeing the way they're evidently wallowing with the swine in the Prozi pen. I say "evidently" because that's what everything points to, and they've avoided a request for clarification of intent, so scrooum.
Bullet Points
- Kurt makes some, in re the Brady lawsuit against online ammo retailers.
- Meanwhile, Mr. Hardy raises some legal points of order.
- I so hope they get slapped with sanctions and countersuits for frivolous/nuisance actions.

How Can You Tell Dick Durbin's Lying?
I can't even look at this stool sample, let alone listen to him. [More]
Art Kap(o)lan, Medical Ethicist
So instead of facts he lies and relies on snotty ad hominem and Alinsky Rule 5 snark? [More]
Well, yeah. "Progressives" and Opposite Day, you know.
It's in response to the thoughtful essay by Vik Khanna that we talked about last week, and I can't help but note Mr. PhD in Bioethics gave a non-working link to it. I wonder if that was an honest mistake, or if he just doesn't want fair-minded readers seeing the last thing Khanna was doing was "squealing in terror."
I also found the comment by the anti claiming he's gotten death threats unbelievable. Any bets he's never turned those over to the police?
Feel free to go on over and show Vik some support.

‘Action hero’ Neeson proves to be typical Hollywood hoplophobe
Neeson’s revelation is hardly surprising, particularly noting the way references to arming camp Jews were omitted from “Schindler’s List,” a movie he won the “best actor in a leading role” Oscar for, and considering how the UN "goodwill ambassador" rejects the founding principles of a culture he chose to join, and has instead been entertaining conversion to Islam. [More]Today's Gun Rights Examiner report notes stage props don't function like the real thing, do they?
Establishing the Narrative's Foundation
“He has expressed anti-government leanings in the past, especially toward law enforcement," Noonan said, adding that many of his rants appeared on social media. [More]Prepare to be tarred (and don't be surprised to find leanings that are incompatible with freedom advocacy).

Stop Amnesty
Ted Cruz has a video and a petition. [More]
I also think "legal" immigration needs to be revisited in light of Ted Kennedy's "legacy," the way tech companies are lying about qualified Americans, and the insane administration quest to dump hostile Third Worlders in our midst..

"Legal" Harassment
I'd like to get a qualified legal opinion on options for a countersuit against all the deep pockets behind this. I think I'll send out a couple emails. [More]
With Little Fanfare
With little fanfare, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in 2012 amended its Form 4473 — the transactional record the government requires gun purchasers and sellers to fill out when buying a firearm — to identify buyers as either Hispanic, Latino or not. Then a buyer must check his or her race: Indian, Asian, black, Pacific Islander or white. [More]You don't say.

Anti-gun ‘Tampon Run’ game puts messy spin on blood dancing
“Instead of holding a gun, the runner holds tampons, and instead of shooting enemies, the runner throws tampons at them,” Gonzales and Houser explain in the instructions for their game, which can be played at TamponRun.com. While not exactly “blood dancing” in the accepted understanding of the term as it applies to anti-gunners, perhaps “virtual blood waddling” would be more fitting in this case. [More]This evening's Gun Rights Examiner report notes "progressives" are bloody idiots, period.
To Kingdom Come
"I hope that you hugged and kissed your family before you left your kingdom to come and try to destroy mine cause I'm about to make your kingdom crumble, if you know what I mean!” [More]That's the way the kingdom crumbles...
Rush to Judgment
This comment just showed up under today's GRE:
DobYNS, Mr. Informed. And when published, defamation is "libel," not that this is--but it is illustrative of how ignorant YOU are about this entire story.
Good rule of thumb--survey the terrain before you engage. Accusing me of all people of siding with Holder is pretty comical, in a you’re-epically-uninformed sort of way.
Jay is a longtime valued source and associate, and "No Angel" is not only his self-designated moniker from his book title, referring to him not being part of Hell's Angels, but also a unifying theme on several reports I've done about his case. He's promoted those articles within his circles, and is the one who alerted me to this latest development, just as he has throughout his case and other related stories I've reported on, and will again whenever new stuff he thinks I need to know about comes up.
Plus, just FYI, "Examiner" takes no sides -- we content providers are responsible for our own views. Not that I expect you to have taken the time to figure that one out, either.
Good grief.

‘No Angel’ Dobyns wins “David and Goliath’ challenge against ATF
“[T]he court finds that defendant did not breach the Settlement Agreement, but did breach the covenant of good faith and fair dealing,” Senior Judge Francis M. Allegra noted, characterizing Dobyns’ ordeal as “Kafkaesque” with no-nonsense candor revealing he is not at all pleased with government conduct. “Based on the breach of the covenant, the court finds that plaintiff is entitled to damages in the amount of $173,000. The court further finds that defendant is not entitled to recover anything with respect to its counterclaim.” [More]Today's Gun Rights Examiner report notes a civil ending to what should ultimately be a criminal matter.
