Two things: First, the guy arrested isn't a politician, just a crooked developer (like there is any other kind?), so it's not his law zapping him. It just happens to be that the politicians who take bribes from developers are the same ones who take bribes from the gun-grabbers.
Second, Michael Pappa is one of the best lawyers in that part of the state, and well versed in firearm related cases. I used him myself for a self-defense case many years ago before I escaped from the PRNJ. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the guy gets off on the gun charges.
What goes around, comes around! I just LOVE it when a politico gets zapped by his own foolish law!
