You know those evil guns go off by themselves all the time...that's what makes them so SCAAAARRRRY.

That must be what they mean by fully automatic firearm, right?It goes into "bang-bang" mode automatically without human intervention. So why does it have to carry a man strapped to it when it's out patrolling?Oh! I guess the patrol car isn't an automatic, somebody has to push the little feety thingies.
