No Questions Asked?

...Nearly 8000 cable-style gunlocks will be available for Cook County residents.
I'd like 8,000 free gun locks, please.

Why do I want that many? Am I a Cook County resident?

I thought this was "no questions asked."

    I would love to see the looks on their faces if someone asked them for all 8,000.

    What are the odds they'd call the cops straight away thinking someone had that many guns?!?
