Hours after an armed suspect and a California Highway Patrol officer were wounded in a gun battle on the streets of Oakland, Mayor Jerry Brown unveiled his plan to stem the escalating violence called "Operation Ceasefire."Great plan, Jerry! Maybe it'll work as well for Oakland as it has for Boston.
