You Just Might Be a Gun Felon

Federal and local law enforcement officials are once again working together to imprison gun felons for a long time.
Of course, if you believe in your unalienable rights to keep and bear arms, and don't surrender that right in defiance of edicts you consider tyrannical and unconstitutional, you just might be a gun felon.

Thanks, Wayne! Good job teaming up with the Brady Bunch on "Project Exile"! But you never did get back to me on exactly where in the Constitution the fedgov has been delegated the authority to involve itself in this...

And here's the thing:

If you refused to register your previously lawfully purchased semiautomatic firearm in California, you just might be a gun felon.

If you believe your children's lives are worth protecting--even in "gun free school zones," you just might be a gun felon.

Reads like a Jeff Foxworthy routine, don't it?

  1. If you believe that the 2A is a natural right, and not a goobermint-granted privilege, you just might be a gun felon!

  2. If you have the unmitigated audacity to live within 1000 ft. of a school, and you own and keep a gun in your home, you might just be a gun felon.

If you live in Phoenix, Arizona, and you carry a gun in your care ANYWHERE in the valley, you might just be a gun felon. (See Alan Korwin’s article and map about how it’s virtually impossible to drive anywhere in the Phoenix Metro area without coming within 1000 ft of a school)

If you move to California and obtain a Ca. driver’s license without supplying a list of your guns to the California DMV, you just might be a felon.

If you happen to have 11 linked pieces of ammunition in California, you just might be a gun felon.

If you don’t properly “secure” your firearms and some “child” burglarizes your home and takes a gun, you just might be a gun felon.

If you happen to drive from the county into a city in many jurisdictions with idiotic “home rule” gun laws, you just might be a felon.

In Arizona, if you carry your concealed handgun into a Denny’s restaurant, you might just be a gun felon. (It’s illegal to carry in Arizona into ANY establishment that serves alcohol. So while you’re having your pancakes in the morning at Denny’s, and you “forgot” to remove your handgun and “safely secure” it inside your car, you have just broken the law.)

  3. Behold, the TRUE felons:

Federal and local law enforcement officials

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." - Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. (2 Cranch) 137 (1803).

    U.S. CODE: TITLE 18> PART I> CHAPTER 13> § 242;

Deprivation of rights under color of law

"Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, OR to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death."

  4. If you get burned to death by the FBI and the BATFECES for not paying a tax, and you're a kid, you just might be a gun felon. If you're standing in a door frame that is glass, holding your infant, and a murdering son of a bitch shoots you and gets away with it, you just might be a gun felon. If you defend yourself from a six-time convicted scumbag on the loose after a liberal scumbag judge let him out, and you are successful, you just might be a gun felon.

  6. If federal police forces are created, people think they're lawful, and their day to day rulings turn you into a criminal, you just might be a gun felon.
