This Day in History: December 7

On this day in 1787, Delaware becomes the first state to ratify the Constitution, doing so by a unanimous vote.
It was also, of course the "date which will live in infamy."

Heck of a 21st birthday present for my father, who would join the Marines and be sent to Guam. Happy birthday, Dad. I love you.
