Judge Won't Throw Out Verdict in Machine Gun Case

A federal judge has rejected Hollis Wayne Fincher's motion to set aside his conviction for illegal firearms, including three machine guns.
I posted on this earlier today before doing my news search.

  2. Went to the link read the article and comments. Don't know how long they'll let this one stay up, so here is a comment I suspect won't last long.::::

What the Hell does it mean, when you say the government kept the case more simple?

Are you not part of the problem? Of course it is simple if you deny a fair trial by jury, do not allow a defense and violate the supreme law of the land to convict a man who has done no wrong.

Was it not your duty to report that? Yes, by God, it was. Why didn't you?

Hendren committed treason, ask him for a response to my letter asking him how much was the price for it.

I asked him "What price treason?", but as one would expect he hasn't the courage to answer. You ask him. Isn't that what you are supposed to do?

Or are you like all other accomodaters of tyrants, just hoping that you can slip by unnoticed if you don't stand up now?

How well did that work for the German people in the 1930's, or the Chinese in the 1940's or the Armenians in Turkey?

Then ask yourselves who were the first to be silenced when the tyrants had become strong enough due to the voluntary silence of the accomodaters.

Here's a hint, none of them permitted a free press or tolerated the survival of an honest journalist. Do you want to rethink your policy of "see no evil"?

  3. The more that this perversion is allowed, the more that they will continue to do it.

If We The People do our duty, and enlighten enough of our fellow citizens to the TRUTH. They usurpers will have no other choice than to back off. Or, destroy each and every last one of us.

It is OUR Constitution, and our SERVANTS are supposed to be BOUND by it. If they are allowed to continue to arbitrarily dismiss it. Than sooner or later they will enslave us ALL. History proves this beyond a shadow of a doubt.

We must draw a line somewhere, and gather enough citizens together to DEMAND a return to TRUE Constitutional rule. We all know the consequences of not doing it....

  4. From a detached point of view I can appreciate how once mighty civilizations fell. It seems apparent that many (often most) Americans WANT government tyranny. They just want it directed against other groups.

"Conservatives" want activities they are opposed to crushed under government fiat. "Liberals" want the same.

The fact they they don't agree doesn't matter they are forging the same chain of oppression from two different directions.

Organized opposition to a tyrannical American government will be next to impossible in the foreseeable future in my opinion. Too many people have a stake in either the conservative or liberal camp. Any revolutionary actions will be met with overwhelming opposition at the local, state and federal level. It would be portrayed in the worst possible terms by either or both sides of the political machine.

The die are cast. I believe it is impossible to change course. Our republic has well begun an inexorable march towards oppression. Examples get more dramatic all the time, old women tackled, tasered, shot, nobody (relatively speaking) bats an eye.
