BATFU/DoJ Reneged on Deal to Stifle Red's

Yesterday I mentioned:
I've been sitting on some facts for a few days at the request of Ryan Horsley. BATFU had threatened him that he needed to cease all blogging and keep their agents and inspectors free from being photographed or observed, or they would go to the judge and file a complaint of harassment. Ryan was in a dilemma--he has been single-handedly bearing the burden of his defense against a fe(de)ral government with practically unlimited resources--yet if he continued to allow his
persecutors to operate in the dark, that is where they would kill Red's.

Here, as Paul Harvey says, is the rest of the story:

Ryan had been agonizing over this--on the one hand, he wanted to fight for what was right, and keep people informed of what was happening. On the other, the threat of a complaint like the one that was filed would mean a new round of legal expenditures that could break the bank. His legal counsel worked behind the scenes and received assurances from the US Attorney that the complaint would not be filed if Ryan simply did what all clients are advised to do: keep quiet and rely on non-involved observers to do the reporting.

Here's what the government demanded in order to not go to the judge:

No more video recordings of the ATF
No more audio recordings of the ATF
No more pictures of the ATF
No more information being posted about the inspectors
No more publicity
No more blogging
No more letting supporters know when the audits/investigations are being conducted
No allowing supporters to come in contact with the ATF (ie, speak with, video tape, photograph, etc.)
This is the agreement Ryan thought had been negotiated. This is what our government, instituted among men to secure the blessings of liberty, now demands of its citizens. Except US Attorney Deborah Ferguson and her BATFU "clients" reneged on their promise, and filed anyway after Ryan had reluctantly begun holding up his end of the deal and stopped posting.

  1. Shun BATFEces agents and their families. Starve the ATF.

  2. One cannot expect honor from sociopaths. The BATFU is staffed almost entirely by sociopaths.

Sociopaths are always thugs, criminals, immoral, and untrustworthy. We usually jail those type of people. Evidently not so, though, when they do the bidding of the state.

Doesn't leave much room for less than lethal resistance. Does it strike anyone that these particular sociopaths are also not very smart if they cannot see what tragedy to our nation they are fomenting in their pursuit of its destruction?

Now it is a foregone conclusion that sociopaths would not care about the nation, its citizens, or anything else beyond themselves. However, it seems curious that they seem to have no long-range sense of their own well-being.

In the immediate, we see that they are afraid of light and cameras and run away when exposed to either. They obviously fear free and legal writings of their actions. Why is it they can't see they are proceeding down a very tragic path for all of us?

Or are they really so arrogant as to think everyone will bow to them when it becomes obvious to the majority that they are criminally involved in the subjugation of America and her citizens.

The only thing saving them now is the apathy of the average American, but they are rapidly approaching the threshold where they will negatively affect everyone who will bbecome aware and then become interested, if only through self-preservation and self-interest in liberty.

  3. It is also becoming very obvious that these government sociopaths care little of the legacy, future well being, and freedom status that they will leave to their own decendants. It is so inconprehensible to believe that someone would not want their own children to be able to enjoy the freedoms enjoyed by past generations. It is the goal of every sane parent for their children to have things better than the parent has had. These government sociopaths are undeniably absolute sickos.

  4. I wonder who the chief sociopath is that is pulling the strings of these evil, less than human tyrants. How far up the chain does this go. The attorney general is supposedly the head of the DOJ, does he know about this? Is Alberto, who has a brother with the ATF, condoning this abhorrent criminal behavior? Could this be an idea of Alberto's brother? Alberto stated at his confirmation hearings that he supported the EBR ban (for the safety of his darling brother don't you know?).

  5. I wonder, has anyone in the locale considered publishing the addresses of these sociopaths, who are an obvious danger to society? Just like the AUTHORIZED JOURNALISTS do to law abiding CCW license holders in some locations? Wouldn't it be beneficial for neighborhoods to know they are living among unstable sociopaths that carry evil dangerous machine guns, lie at the drop of a hat, stomp kittens, and kill innocent women and children?

  6. Sociopaths? Are we sure that we are not dealing with psychopaths? Stalin was a muderous psychopath and after he came to power he had death squads roaming the countryside killing at will any who resisted the statist will. Innocents were sent to Siberia to be worked and starved to death. These death squads shot, hung, and herded women and children into buildings and nailed the doors and windows shut, then set the buildings on fire for those inside to be burned alive. Sound familiar? During the "Rape Of Nanking" the Japanese did about the same thing. Roaming troops raped and murdered every female they found. The Japanese also herded Chinese into buildings and burned them alive. Japanese officers had contests to see how many POWs they could behead at a time and live Chinese POWs were used for bayonette practice. Is this what the DOJ, the ATF, and the FBI HRT have in store for us?

  7. Anon, no, sociopath is the correct term. A psychopath is someone who has had a break with reality and is mentally incapable of rational interpretation of reality and acts upon his altered version of it. He is truly insane.

A sociopath is someone who is not insane and recognizes reality for what it is, but has no moral compass. He acts in his own interest regardless of the morality of his actions or the harm he may cause others.

The former is logically bankrupt the latter is morally bankrupt.

Sociopaths are much more dangerous to society than psycopaths. Psychopaths eventually self destruct, sociopaths play the system and appear normal and must be stopped by others once their crimes are exposed.
