That a postmaster general be appointed for the United Colonies...

  1. I bet they never thought our post office system would turn into the money wasting octopus it is today!! And the cartoon "Cathy"? who even reads that strip anymore? Marketing failure if ever there was one,not to mention...it's the Gov't...who are they competing with???
