Today's Red's Update
Questions for BATFU: You really expect us not to think this is a vendetta you're conducting against Ryan Horsley and his family business because he dared to stand up to you instead of baring his throat and letting you kill him? Who the hell is up at 4:30 AM doing Internet searches for "reds trading post news" except someone obsessed with trying to find...anything...to use against him?
This is the kind of stuff you expect to see in a criminal investigation. I'd like to see someone explain this web search and their motives--under oath.
In other Red's news, Ryan has a warning for Curios and Relics holders: Don't think the eye of Sauron hasn't noticed you...
He also posts some good news in the ongoing effort to deny confirmation to Maximum Mike. For a reason that totally escapes me, some are discouraging gun owners from participating in this, and I think that's unnecessary and destructive. It's not like asking people to send an email or letter to their senators is going to break anybody's back in terms of effort. If they don't want to support this, fine, that's their business--but why they feel a need to derail the efforts of those who wish to participate is something I don't understand.
We'll see if it's a lost cause--two senators disagree with you, and even if it is, what does it gain us to give any ground without a fight? It's not like if we lose this that we've lost any more than a few minutes apiece writing letters--and the gun groups ask us to do that all the time.
What I do know is, all the major "gun groups" --except NRA, the "leader"-- have taken a position on this. I know Fairfax knows about this, so that means they're choosing to be silent. They can't claim this would overwhelm their resources, as they put out alerts anyway, and all it would take is a paragraph or two asking their members to contact their senators. So without a break in their silence, I can only assume their priority is not pissing off the 4 am lurkers and impairing their access to the BATFU hierarchy.
David, are they just pinging you to get you attention? What can they see in 1 second? Is there a Trojan horse, agent provocateur(?) amongst your posters? What do you think the whole purpose is?
ReplyDeleteThey were searching Google for a specific string of words that someone typed into the dialog box. Per Site Meter, unless a visitor goes to a second page, it can't be determined how long they were on.
ReplyDeleteKeep the spotlight on them, David! They have not been to my site for a while, but I “out” them every chance I get. I was starting to wonder if they were using spoofed IP’s, but it seems that they are not (at least in your case).
ReplyDeleteSameno, David is right. If someone comes to a site and never leaves the main page (does not click on comments, etc.) then sitemeter will only read 1 second. The DOJ employee could have been at the site for 30 minutes…
They hit my site about 80 times yesterday, I also received quite a number of Senate hits as well.
ReplyDeleteThe things You folks speak of. Are not persons per se. But computer survaillance programs. Set up to run intermediate runs on compilations of web site traffic.
ReplyDeleteIt's already been outted that Our Government is doing this to Us. Even on Our Home phones(Rhelics of None Police state tactics such as The worsed in History ever recored).
You'll noticeit on occasion(OnYour Home Phione0 WHEN! You pic up to dial or you answer Your phone and it sounds Like there's aliens on the Phone. But this is Your router service , that is experiencing difficulty through the Governments routing survailance systems set Up in major Phone companies acrossed Our Nation that ALlout land line and cell phone communications are MONITERED?......That's the Truth!
And That Ladies and Gents isn't a conspiracy theory. That's the God honest truth.
And yes! It should scare the Hell out of You! And if it does not. There's something wrong with you.
And! The REASONS thee above should scare the hell out of you, is this. Privacy is no more. In fact! Many States allow personnel internet information explotaion by federal laws passed. Where Your politcal leanings can be biased against You by scrutinising Employers(District attorneys investigating minor issues). They can literally find out what you say, when you say it. And if they don't like what You say..........Fire you/Inprison You! With whatever lame excuse they deem appropriate. Many Americans are losing their jobs/freedom, to this practice.
ReplyDeleteAnd this country is experiencing the greatest influx of wrongful termination Lawsuits in American History.
The freedom loss part of Individual privacy. You'll never hear about from the main news.
You don't know & appreciate, what You have until it's gone..........
ReplyDeleteBig brother is watching you... It's time to dust off my copy of "1984".
ReplyDeleteIt's worse than That Jack. Because We are already living in, "Orwells 1984".
ReplyDeleteThe Place of My employment has private security companies/security cameras, in every aisle. I asked a manager if they had Camera monitering in Our Restrooms. He couldn't answer the question. ????? He didn't even know enough about what the Security company by way of Corporate contracting, was allowed to moniter to give Me an Informed answer? WTH?
Hey America? You like Fascism huh?
Because We are all thieves in the Corporations eyes.
Which most of the law making protects these days. Not your constitutional rights. Wake up........PLEASE!
