We spoke of this shill yesterday.
Free Constitution takes him apart, and includes a Joyce Foundation connection that makes everything clear. Click on the title link and read it--it is very good.
As for why Reuters included this in their "news" section, it appears to be because they don't have an "opinion" section. See, at Reuters, their opinion is the news.
I did some Googling around on this Debusmann character and learned all I really wanted to about him: He's a German who bemoans "obstacles" to national socialism in Venezuela--in other words, a German national socialist. Curious that Germany does not allow free speech, particularly that which promulgates Nazism, so he conducts his subversion here, exploiting our First Amendment to undermine the Second. He also wrote a fluff piece comparing tyrant Hugo Chavez to a rock star. Chavez, of course, is notorious, among other reasons, for "Not tolerat[ing]" media outlets that oppose him.
Say Uncle has more on the subversive "Autorisierten Journalist" Herr Debusmann and his naked propagandizing.
Wow, what were the editors at Reuters thinking?
ReplyDeleteDebusmann is carrying their water, LP. This is SOP for Reuters.
ReplyDeleteIF the "gun culture" is on the fall I'll just have to be VERY selective on who I "spread my wealth" to when the policies that these "people" push come home to roost.
ReplyDeleteLOL @ the word verification vtfux...only those who follow the law.

ReplyDeletePatience, Bernd. I'll get to this.
ReplyDeleteWhy the sudden concern for truth?
"Why the sudden concern for truth?"
ReplyDeleteYou crack me up.
socialism isn't nazism
ReplyDeletealso the news station chavez revoked the license to openly participated in the military coup against him, and they still broadcast on satellite
don't worry though, every other media outlet is just as anti-chavez since they're all run by the rich oligarchs that want kill him
odds are you were probably one of the people talking about charging new york times reporters with treason when they broke the story about cia secret prisons, and that if cnn did something as half as bad as that news station did you'd be calling for them all the executed
Nazi= "National Socialism." Don't take my word for it--look it up.
ReplyDeleteOh, and Chavez never attempted a coup? I keep seeing that charge of TV station complicity by anonymous internet commentators, but never from any credible news sources--but yes, politically they did oppose him, which is the essence of free speech. But as far as I'm concerned, anyone who tries to kill a commie tyrant is a patriot. I hope they get the little fascist and string him up.
As for what the odds are about me charging reporters with treason for watchdogging the government, why not do a search on the words "authorized journalist" on this site--I have an entire category criticizing them for not exposing the government enough. So wrong again.
And by the way--nobody goes back and reads old blog posts. If I hadn't set things up to receive emails when comments come in, I'd have never known you were in here urinating blood.
I love people who hide behind anonymity to snipe from the shadows. I also love communist tools. What did Mark Helprin write about people like you? They get their insides twisted up because they want to change the world and they can't even get their letters to the editor published.
