A South Los Angeles man whose sport utility vehicle was peppered with dozens of deputies' bullets has been awarded $1.3 million by a jury...Because, you know, we're "The Only Ones"...
Hayes had nine bullet wounds from the May 9, 2005 incident in which deputies fired 120 shots at him at the end of a low-speed pursuit...
Of the 120 shots, 66 hit Hayes' SUV, 11 hit patrol cars and 11 hit five homes.
