This Day in History: April 28

We, the delegates of the people of the state of Maryland, having fully considered the Constitution of the United States of America...do, for ourselves, and in the name and on the behalf of the people of this state, assent to and ratify the said Constitution.
So...uh...when are they going to start acting like it?

  1. Here, here! We're trying to get them to do so.

Maybe after Heller. The wording of Maryland's own state Constitution defers issues that it does not raise to the US Constitution. Maybe then we can use it to our advantage here.

  2. When the neo-liberal elites are out of power here(pipe dream).
