We're the Only Ones Instilling Fear Enough

Massachusetts Police Get Black Uniforms to Instill Sense of 'Fear'
Really?

This is what we expect from our "peace officers"? Or is this what a police state does to cow subjects into submission?

They're counting on that, you know, and that's why it's important to highlight their fallibility via vehicles like "The Only Ones" series. That's why it's important to send an occasional message of defiance.

Mr. Jefferson said it best:
When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.
Here's the swearing in ceremony for Blackshirt Gauleiter Fitchet. Notice he pledges to uphold "the laws of the Commonwealth...the charter and ordinance of the City of Springfield...[and] the rules and orders of the police department..."

Hmm. Something seems missing from that oath of office. Whatever could it be?

  1. They still put on those schwarzhosen and jackboots one leg at a time, just like us. We embarrass the heck out of them in competitions at public ranges. Maybe that's why they feel the need to dress like Darth Vader.

  2. The whole system is geared as: Us vs Them. This just goes to show how the elitist are empowering the goons to be on power trips to preform attacks on citizens. The citizens in this case are teen age children. Next it will be raids. Speaking of raids, I only know of two groups of armed men that kick in doors and kill people with black face mask on. One group gets on their knees to Allah the other gets on their knees for a paycheck because the job puts them high on the hog over anything else they could find.
So now we have Hitlers 1938 gun laws being enforced in America. We now have a new law enforcement branch by the federal government called "Homeland Security" which is taking from Hitler's playbook, "The Fatherland". Now the bar is going up even higher to have JBT in black going around putting fear in children.
I'm sure there's more to come but for now like the rest of us I'm waiting to see what we get from the USSC come June. That's going to be huge in the direction this country moves.

  4. I just re-read "Unintended Conequences", and all I see here are targets.

(If you gotta take this one down, David, I will understand.)

  5. Isn't black the color of the bullseye on most targets.

  6. Here is my email to SPD:

Having, just today, read of your return to black uniforms to instill fear in the public, I felt obliged to ask if you had really thought this through.

In the first place, only an idiot wants the average citizen afraid of the police. Without the cooperation and support of the public, the only function a police department can serve is to abuse the citizen. There is no other function police can reliably perform without public support.

But, I'll save that argument for another time. The average citizen who is afraid of spiders, kills them, the average citizen who is afraid of poisonous snakes, kills them. The average citizen living around dangerous wildlife prepares for confrontation with it, though not desirous of it, and when that confrontation takes place he kills it. Think bear, or cougar, etc. That same dynamic holds true when the average citizen meets another who instills fear in him/her and is openly trying to frighten him/her into submission, especially when that other carries the lethal means to unilaterally and instantly punish that absence of fear. Here, you may wish to think of rapists, robbers, murderers, etc to put it in context. Yet, you say you want to instill that fear of public servants in the public they supposedly serve? The modus operandi of the rapist, robber, murderer is really the one you wish to adopt?

In view of the above are you really certain you want millions of average citizens afraid of you and other officers?

  7. A brave correspondence, SA.

Let me know if any repercussions arise you need me to put a spotlight on.

And if they do reply, you may wish to send them a link to this post, just so they know they won't be operating in the dark.

I found it interesting that, in addition to the Bible, the new Commish also had the Marine Corps manual. Now I come from a family of Marines--uncles, father, brother--so don't misconstrue this, but It is clear he views his role as one of military occupation--a very dangerous and fanatical viewpoint from which to proceed--especially when you consider they are trained to engage and destroy "the enemy."

  10. Seems like they never heard of this
Sir Robert Peel developed what became known as The Peelian Principles; which are considered to be the basic foundation for all modern policing:
#7) Police, at all times, should maintain a relationship with the public that gives reality to the historic tradition that the police are the public and the public are the police; the police being only members of the public who are paid to give full-time attention to duties which are incumbent upon every citizen in the interests of community welfare and existence.

  11. I appreciate the sentiment, David, but let's face it, if there are repercussions, events will be moving so quickly that no one will be able to help me.
    \
Or, for that matter, those who declare war on me, for being free and refusing to relinquish my freedom.

I won't be the only one wishing for help. I will just be the only one for which it is not available.

But as I have said before, this is a hill I am willing to die on, more importantly, it is a hill I am willing to kill on.

  12. And further, I did not threaten the man or his officers, I just asked him if he really wanted to turn the hands of every honest man against himself and his officers.

  13. Further, I don't expect repercussions, simply because he has too many sheep to fuck and is most probably not desirous of facing men who know him for what he is and have no compunction about exacting the proper payment when trespassed.
