We're the Only Ones Pwned Enough

Two pawnshop chains that sued the city of St. Paul over how police handle potentially stolen merchandise have settled the suit for $35,000 — and a reminder to police that they should adhere closely to the city's property-confiscation policy.
What, you have to return it?

You just can't confiscate and sell it?

That's one of the things municipalities hire "Pwnly Ones" to protect against?
