Kansas Governor Signs Two Pro-Gun Bills into Law!Ultimately, the only thing that will really protect RKBA is a gun owner willing to resist confiscation by force. As for enhanced privileges and immunities for those who do the obedience dance, whatever.
It is what it is, and very little of that resembles "shall not be infringed."

This is the same governor who vetoed a concealed carry bill which had passed both houses of the legislature.
ReplyDeleteCall the governor and thank her? Does the ILA think our memories are THAT short???
I had no idea that guns were confiscated after the Greensburg tornado. That is just plain stupid.
ReplyDeleteI need to do some research on that.
It needs to become stupider, as in hazardous to the confiscators' health. The police say they removed them for safekeeping, but they also removed THE PEOPLE "for their safety," whether they wanted to go or not. NO ONE was allowed to stay, prepared or not. Then they posted National Guard troops to secure the remains of the homes. Property still disappeared. Volunteers arriving the next day were told to go home and donate to the Red Cross. The POLICE had a nice FEMA trailer for a command post, but the people? Ha!
ReplyDeleteFollowups say most of the guns were returned. As if that makes it better.
Kind of like another test to see how far people will cooperate in an incident.
