ReplyDeleteJust the reason the 9/11 attacks were successful: interagency squabbling. No one wanted to look foolish if an attempt DIDN'T happen, and each team wanted credit if THEY stopped it if it did. Meanwhile, the "Magnificent 19" took their lessons right under federal noses.
