    The VCDL has taken a position opposed to the current wording of the proposed change.

    An alert member at Illinois Carry has noticed that although the Department of the Interior is supposedly taking comments through the end of June, the website shows none after June 1st, and that one is comment #9999. Does anyone know if they cap it at four digits?
