...his gun accidentally went off......and naturally, his "name has not been released."
...his service pistol "unintentionally" discharged...
I think "Only One" guns must be more sophisticated than the ones you and I are allowed to own. Mine never go off all by their own selves. They always just lay there until I act--with the "responsibly" or "irresponsibly" part totally up to me.
I have never had an AD, and have shot many ten's of thousands of rounds. I carry and unlike cops I carry different firearms, depending on what I'm wearing and what I feel like carrying for that giving day. Cops carry the same firearm for years in most cases. You would think they would have it wired.
ReplyDeleteA few rules and facts: A person can not clean a loaded firearm because the bullet blocks the barrel from swabbing it. Meaning the idiot didn't check it. Guns fire when the trigger has a finger on it and that finger pulls the trigger in a backward motion. Believe it or not! Cops all need to have de-cockers on their firearms it's a matter of public safety.
My guns are too dumb to fire all by themselves, Hell, they can't even load themselves.
ReplyDeleteIf cops are having trouble now, that could explain why they are being exempted from the "smart" gun requirements in NJ. The gun might insist on a Carribean vacation and shoot any officer not willing to take it.
