If I have this right, the police are gunmen themselves and open carrying. I'm sure the citizen, lawful citizen at that was more worried about his well being than the police were about their well being. So who's the most dangerous in this situation. Monkeys running loose.
I wonder how long a time the innocent victim was harassed by the criminals invading his rights under color of law. A federal offense, by the way. Then again, he's lucky he didn't pull out a cell phone, or he'd have been killed.
Didn't you see? It was a BLACK guy. Obviously he must've had criminal intent.
