Null and Void in Philadelphia

A judge ruled that the City of Philadelphia could not enforce new ordinances that would ban assault weapons and limit handgun purchases to one per person per month.
But he let stand the criminal stolen gun reporting exemption.

  1. Another Lexington-and-Concord averted at the last minute, OR Nutter will reword the edicts slightly and have them enforced anyway. All the mayors in America saw Nagin ignore constitutions, laws, all that stuff. There's a crime emergency, remember?
