The department's reliance on overtime enabled most of its sworn officers to earn more than $100,000 in 2007. More than 100 earned over $150,000.

Man that's all screwed up. Their Census Stats, was that 3 MILLION RESIDENTS? And it's cheaper to pay the overtime than put more boots to the streets? Nice gig indeed!
