A man repeatedly shocked while in handcuffs at the Henderson County jail died from “excited delirium” because of physical restraint and cocaine toxicity, according to a state autopsy.Yeah, I'm sure the repeated electro-shock behavior modification had nothing to do with it.
CSI Akron said it, i believe it, that settles it.

Excited delirium. A conclusion straight out of the Middle Ages. Lots of guests of the Inquisition died from it too.
ReplyDeleteConfusing. A woman who CALLED the police is stripped naked by a badge-wearing gang of male and female officers and put in an empty cell for hours still naked as a "suicide risk," but this guy gets behaviorally modified courtesy of Dr. Volt. I guess "Shock 'em til they stop twitching" is the motto. Ever experiment with a dead frog leg and a battery?
IIRC a judge ordered the medical examiner to commit perjury. This is simply compliance with a court order. Nothing to see here, move on.
