High Noon in Atlanta

Airport General Manager Ben DeCosta said if Bearden shows up at the world's busiest airport with a gun, he'll be busted.

"I can identify him, and I'll have him arrested," DeCosta said Monday. "We're not fooling around. This is a post-terrorism environment."
So you're saying you know he's not a terrorist but you're willing to destroy him if he defies you, Ben?

Doesn't that make you the terrorist?

Per WRSA:
GCO will not stand by and watch this happen. Stay tuned.
I will.

UPDATE: Nope. The showdown will happen in court.

  1. The city of Atlanta already lost once in court when GCO filed suit over their illegal gun ban in Atlanta parks. You would think the city learned its lesson.

As for Ben Decosta, native Atlantans are familiar with this power-hungry political airhead. He is demonstrative of the incompetent, bureacratic group of painty stains we have running this city.

  2. The good Mayor walked away when John Monroe, GCO attorney served her with the papers. Very classy of her.

I and the rest of the members are pretty confident we will win yet another case against Atlanta. Why then even bother is beyond me.
