A "Respected NJ Pol"

New Jersey Assemblyman Neil Cohen resigned from the Legislature on Monday, four days after it was reported that he's under investigation for suspected possession of child pornography...
The headline and the speaker call him "Respected"?

I don't respect the gun-grabbing old pervert. What is there to respect?

It figures the "Authorized Journalists" who came up with the headline, and his fellow excuse-making domination deviants in the legislature do.

Oh, and look--so no one else does it, they've installed "safety locks." Because, you know, it's the tool's fault.

And surprise: No charges! But he is off to head-shrink rehab. Hey, when you get caught rosy...I mean, red-handed, redirecting outrage and disgust into sympathy is a pretty smart move.

No wonder these sick creatures don't trust anyone else.

  1. Aha, so he IS a gungrabber? I guessed as much. How they feel about our right to be armed is how they feel about right and wrong in general.
If he's FALSELY accused, then I wish him well. (It happens. The U.S. Postal Service routinely trolls for the curious by delivering the smut and seeing what the customer does, when they might have had no interest beforehand. Hey, buddy, wanna buy a full-auto, no paperwork? The feds are the feds, through and through.) If not, well... I'm sure he's one of the first to invoke the "yelling fire in a crowded theater" "limitation" on the FIRST Amendment to justify any and all limits on the Second. What goes around comes around. Eventually.

  2. Found by staffers on the computer in his office.
    HIS LEGISLATIVE OFFICE.

I got a spam email from Thailand or somewhere at my office offering such garbage. I deleted it. Then I emptied the deleted items folder. Immediately. It's so easy, even an elected official can do it.
Maybe one of Cohen's TRUE constituents decided to share with him. Or maybe he was on a "fact-finding mission."
But then he wouldn't have resigned, would he?
He should have resigned after wiping his bottom with the Bill of Rights. But few people seem offended by THAT.

  4. Bullshit.

He wouldn't have resigned if he were the victim of an "innocent" mistake.

  5. Well, at least we know why he is opposed to an armed populace, especially the portion that are parents of young children.

He was afraid of the only effective therapy for his kind being applied.

I think I shall look askance at all those who respect him, also.
