ReplyDeleteIf "dog fouling" is what I would think it is and the councils are as intent upon "tackling" the problem as they appear to be. The dogs in Merry ole England aren't the only depositors of S*** upon the public.

Vandalism, for example? Vandals tend to be members of gangs. Gangs move drugs and guns. Terrorists profit from international trade in drugs, therefore spraying paint on a wall you don't own is terrorism. Not a crime against property but one against HUMANITY.
