Mack H. has left a new comment on your post "We're the Only Ones Camera-Shy Enough":
The city's Commonwealth's Attorney has told the President of VCDL today that he will in fact prosecute Dan Moore.
I've done a cursory search and can't find outside confirmation yet. I generally would need more to post, but Mack H is a consistently reliable source, so if he tells me something I trust it. Please feel free to enlighten and/or revise as warranted in comments.
This is a preemptive strike. The idea is to gain leverage to strike a deal where charges are dropped if lawsuits aren't filed.
ReplyDeleteThis prosecutor needs to be prosecuted.
makes sense...they've already paid him ten grand, and now they're looking at two more suits.
ReplyDeleteRemind me again why we're not supposed to tar and feather these toads...
The prosecutor and the Cop are stirring he hot tar themselves...
ReplyDeleteLongbow
And exactly what do they plan to prosecute him with?

2. Video of Norfolk police officer just before he charges Danladi at
the mall

Here is the video of Danladi Moore interacting with a Norfolk police
officer shortly before Danladi is charged with trespass in a public
mall. The officer demands that Danladi's friend stop video taping
(the officer can't legally do that) and the video ends:

It's apparently a trespass charge. Not going to stick. You can't ask someone to leave, then prevent them from leaving, and then arrest them for trespass.

ReplyDeleteUnder the "messiah's" reign Tar has been outlawed since it isn't environmentally friendly and feathers are creulety to animals and will land you life in prison should you harm the birds. Those laws were burried in the H.I.S. Bill (Haliburton is satan) and the P.E.T.A. P.A.L. bill (PETA, eugenics, thugs, and athiest protection act legislation)
We're Americans, we'll find something appropriate that falls within the laws.
