well, if they were convicted drug dealers, then they already were sentenced to the appropriate punishment, and this is a crime.
and, if they were not convicted drug dealers, then at most they were suspected drug dealers, and this is a crime.
i'm willing to bet that these two thoughts never occurred to these lowlives. actually, i take that back, i'm more willing to bet that they had some dim idea of this, and then did it anyways.

I thought "robbing and kidnapp(ing) drug dealers" was the whole point to the "War on (some) Drugs". I guess they were putting in unapproved overtime.
