I probably will go see "Defiance", as it apparently is a compelling true story set in WWII. However, part of me will be disappointed in the actor's stance against guns, and that will steal some of the enjoyment.
However, the latest series of Bond movies seem always to be in search of a good story, and that, coupled with Craig's stance, rules them out.
Yes, thanks, David. This is the place to come for what's happening today.
Daniel Craig doesn't like boats much either. A promotional trip up the Thames in a military speedboat to a press conference "scared the breath out of him." I don't know about other Bonds like Brosnan and Dalton. They had the sense to shut up about politics and their personal lives. I wish Sean Connery would. "Gunsh? Nott in MOY countray. Hey, that's only my sgian dhu, it's Scottish traditional orrnamentation, it's nott a rreal knife, give it baak..."
