It would help if he could get his facts straight about free citizens being able to own fully automatic firearms. Perpetuating one myth while trying to clear up others doesn't help a whole lot.
Yeah, when I saw that at @ 1:40 into the video, I wondered if he had a post '86 rifle or was referring to CA law, but you're right, he appears to be making a blanket statement.
