Once there, troopers sat them on a bench and shackled them to the floor with handcuffs and chains, according to the suits. The troopers then systematically beat Bradley and Ball using their hands, fists, knees, feet and elbows, the lawsuits contend.
The beatings left bootprint bruises on both men's backs, the suits allege.
Bootprint bruises are pretty tough to "allege." If any sadistic "Only Ones" ever treated me or mine that way, I'd be tempted to come up with some...uh...allegations of my own.
We have seen this scenario all over the nation, some even more egregious. The courts won't stop it, lawsuits won't stop because the victim pool pays for those, criminal charges are seldom if ever filed, if charges are file the prosecutor "throws" the trial and the thugs walk away free with the tacit approval to continue such behavior.
ReplyDeleteThis will not stop until these criminals in wearing a shield fear for their lives, and fear the public more than the public fears them.
There are some who would not file a complaint, nor a lawsuit, but would seek justice by "other means".
It is time to consider that option as potential SOP, rather than continue to lose in a rigged game.
