Brittany Zimmerman, a 21-year-old college student who wanted to be a doctor, called 911 as she was being attacked by a stranger, police say.
But the police did not come for 48 minutes. By that time, Zimmerman was dead. Her fiance found her body.
Although the dispatcher claimed later to have heard nothing, the 911 tape captured screams, gasps and what sounds like a struggle, according to the court documents.
Tragic.
And, unfortunately, the dangers are well known and documented.
This eerily reminds me of an ad we produced years ago for Citizens of America.

The 911 pig needs to be charged with being part of the murder. Not have the citizens/taxpayers have to shoulder a lawsuit and the 911 pig stays cozy and happy as secure as a parasite.
ReplyDeleteI prefer to call 911 and report the number of dead, wounded, and captured. I've talked to a number of people who are really upset that Longshanks will be "ruler", and that his intentions will be less than amicable, as far as their rights and guns go. I asked them to dial 911, when the JBTs hit the door. The response is,"but they're FROM the govt., what good will THAT do?" Exactly, sez I, so maybe now you could think a little, while you have time. Wonder who the JBTs call, when they got an emergency?
ReplyDeleteMy sister and I have an arrangement, we'll call 911 after the fact... She's handy with the Glock 19, I'm handy with a shovel... South Sac is awful but she's stuck there now.
