she concedes that gun owners are afraid of these infringements. since i know a few of us aren't, i wouldn't have been so bold to speak on behalf of all 80 million. but let me try to make one thing here about language very clear.
the content of everything she says is true: it becomes hard to freely exercise rights, there is a stigma placed on you... but: there is absolutely no mention whatsoever of the remaining fact. many WILL continue to exercise this right fully, in spite of bad laws. some already DO.
yet, what do you think an anti thinks when they read this? "better back off, this is some serious 'don't tread on me' stuff." nope. they don't care about your freedom. they don't care about a stigma.
it is what is not said here that is going to win you another great "compromise" in the next four years.
