Look how many people in this country still believe "Only Ones" have some kind of special magic making them more trustworthy to bear arms than "regular people."

Or how about the "the gun went off" or "killed by a gun" mentality? Not only do these, er, hardened criminals "remain in custody" until investigations are over, but with the whole "melt all the guns down" concept, we might say that our statist friends are pushing for summary executions here...
