We're the Only Ones Crashing Enough

State police say a violent accident involving two Lynn police cruisers that left an officer seriously injured and one vehicle lying on top of the other was probably caused by excessive speed and running a red light...Neither officer was wearing a seat belt. [More]

So the relevant questions are: who gets cited for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle properly displaying lights and sounding their sire;, who cites one for failure to come to a complete stop; who cites the other for exceeding the posted safe speed limit; who cites both for operating a motor vehicle without wearing their seatbelt.
    But who pays? We all do.
    Be thankful they did not injure or kill anybody along the way.
