We're the Only Ones Highway Robbers Enough

A two-decade-old state law that grants authorities the power to seize property used in a crime is wielded by some agencies against people who are never charged with, much less convicted, of a crime. [More]
Gang ringleader Bower certainly sounds like a piece of statist work, doesn't he? Along with the Harris and Shelby County persecutors...?

I'd say it would be fair to assume any "Only One" conducting a stop in Tenaha is an armed robber, and repel him just as you would one that was not wearing a uniform.

This kind of petty local tyranny really pushes all my buttons.

  1. two cops, one mayor, one DA, I have enough ammunition to cover that. Surely, 140 victims of this criminal gang could come up with an effective plan to stop this shit.

I would treat them as I would any other armed robber and their bosses. If they had all the tactical advantage at the point of the crime, their success would be guaranteed. But they forget one thing. That one thing is this. Unlike free lance robbers these guys names and locations are known. That lends itself rather nicely to the application of justice, doesn't it?

And for any of you LE types and their apologists, Yes, I mean it.

  2. Stealing from me a gun point is survivable only two ways:
    A) I'm dead when you leave
    OR
    B) I don't know who you are or how to find you.

Probably why so many cops wear masks when conducting raids.

  3. Asset forfeiture. Argument of tyrants, creed of slaves, and a target indicator. It's the philosophy that convinced a few million people to denounce a few million others as witches and heretics so they could have their hovels, cows, wives. Worked well in the Nazi and Stalinist eras too.
I've made the choice. Extreme prejudice is called for. It may be something as intimate and personal as this that ignites the liberty torch. Lexington and Concord weren't meant to be shooting engagements, just simple confiscation.

  4. Matters like this only prove that we citizesn are up against criminals on all levels of government. Government parasites circle the wagons no matter how bad it is and cover for each other. Proof if this is do you see the state's AG stepping in with warrants to find out all the facts? The answer is always the same, no. Do you see the federal goovernment stepping in over civil rights issues? Again, no.
Who will get stuck with paying for this highway robbery? The taxpayers of course. We have huge problems and need to get some control on these criminal parasites destroying our country because they do not have the skills or the backbone to go out and do real productive work.
