The most important element in every such crime is ignored, whether it is a school, shopping mall, church. These are all places where ordinary people are routinely forbidden to carry firearms. They are true disarmed victim zones.
As long as "law abiding" people are willing to be helpless victims this way, it will continue.
We can be sure that the mainstream media will never allow this to be pointed out, in any way.
