It may not be mandatory as it stands but they are certainly looking to make that way.
Resistance isn't futile, it's essential. As in most crack-brained (take that in whatever sense you'd like) schemes by our Oveseers, let's try for zero compliance. What are they gonna do then? We know what WE'RE gonna do if they do it.
