It is the fault of the disarmed citizen. Damning the victim is seldom acceptable, but that rule doesn't apply when the victim volunteers to be a victim.
Clarification, "unarmed" victim and those who disarmed him/her.
so he didn't commit suicide, and he escaped? they couldn't find him with multiple helicopters?and i don't see anything about a follow-up search, here.
They did find him. He engaged the cops at a car dealership, and they got him. Got a couple of bystanders, too.
