Thomas Naziworth: Democrat

Not everyone thinks the idea of increasing gun ownership is a good idea. Any effort to put more guns on the street is wrong headed, says the head of the Clay County Democratic Party.

"There are too many guns," said Thomas Nazworth, Democratic Party chairman. "You’ve already got every right to defend yourself in your home. What is this going to be the wild, wild west where everybody has got sidearms? That is not answer." [More]

You can tell Thomas what an idiot you think he is educate him as to what current Florida law already provides for and what years of experience have conclusively proven by contacting him here.

  1. "President Obama has only discussed a possible ban on automatic weapons, Nazworth said. Even if the president wanted to ban handguns"

    Huh? Aren't most handguns automatic?

No, the only automatic handgun I can think of is a Glock 18. Automatic would be one trigger pull would continue to fire bullets until you let go of the trigger, or you run out of ammo.

Your thinking of semi-auto, which is one trigger pull, one bullet, which would rack the slide, load another round and ready the gun for another trigger pull.

The ownership of automatic weapons by civilians in America is almost non-existent, because they require a special tax stamp, permission, and a lot of money ($10,000 and up). The fact that he would say something like that tells me that he knows absolutely nothing about firearm ownership, and he should not be in any public office.

The sad part is, there are plenty more public figures like him, ready to destroy your human rights. :(

    No argument here Six.
But the really sad part is I am ready to destroy anybody who would want to destroy my human rights. NO, that's not the sad part. The sad part is, it is all so unnecessary. All they have to do is leave me the fuck alone.

  4. They can no more leave you alone SA, than they can wake up and smell the coffee. Kind of like one of those dumb ass bullies in school that won't stop until he gets his ass kicked.

    You, sir, are an ass.

Are you kidding here? How old and tired is the "wild wild west" argument? Who do you think will follow of your gun control laws?? Criminals, no. Law abiding citizens, yes. So then you have a less armed population of "good guys" and more armed "Bad guys".

So, in order to be protected or able to defend yourself....we should all stay home 100% of the time?? We need to get bread for kids sometime.

    Good idea??

    Idiot.

  6. I actually agree, guns don't belong "on the streets". They actually rarely come out to "the streets" and the people who take them there are usually up to no good. What I'm getting at is the minute you start debating someone who has a bogus premise to begin with.....

Anyway, I'm willing to give a few "street guns" a good home.
