Not 90% of the cartels' firearms. 90% of 25% of only the minuscule fraction of guns reported seized (vs. actually seized?), with no indication of what percentage of those seizures came from cartel members..."
ReplyDeleteIt takes too much time or ink for the media to go into all that, just as it does to say "semi-automatic rifle" and explain what that means instead of "assault weapon" or even, as Richmond Times-Dispatch columnist Michael Paul Williams calls them today, "assault rifles." The media are tightening their belts. Electricity, ink and newsprint cost. They have to economize. It's not like THEIR rights are at stake -- yet.
Maybe they could cut some socialist columnists. Readership might go up.
