ReplyDeleteObviously, the reporter is surprised that police officers actually carry guns when off-duty. Perhaps the reporter would prefer that off-duty police officers call the on-duty police when a crime is observed? After all, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
I wonder how the reporter deals with everyday people carrying guns?
