Seven flights a day (at $600 per hour. How much in "stolen goods" do they expect to recover?!). They don't count prisoners in a supermax prison seven times a day. There's a nut and bolt connector on every helicopter where the transmission shaft connects to the rotor hub that has been known to vibrate right off if just a leeetle bit loose. And isn't surveilling "Gypsies" a little RACIST? I thought that sort of thing was prohibited in Merry Olde. Sheriff's department near here chartered a helicopter for pot spotting. They directed a SWAT team to the home of an elderly couple with an award-winning TOMATO garden. Ha ha. One day no one will be laughing.
What SA said. There is absolutely no doubt in my mine that if I was part of that group they would be buying a new helicopter -- not fixing the old one.
Of course, I would have brought better tooling than an axe.
"we will observe the criminals from the air"
ReplyDeleteThat says volumes. Forget the suspects... they've already found them guilty.
Good thing that doesn't happen here.
Wink-wink...nudge-nudge...say no more

Just can't get good help nowadays. If the chopper is repairable, a poor job was done.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering why they left their thermite at home.
ReplyDeleteNo more than a protest march. This time.
ReplyDeleteRead the first 5 comments ... these stinking coward sheep deserve all the government they get.
