Steele: GOP Needs To Stop “Slammin’ And Rammin’” On Sotomayor...You know, this "Hispanic woman":
“I’m excited that a Hispanic woman is in this position,” Steele said. [More]
She is one of only three federal appellate judges in America to issue a court opinion saying that the Second Amendment does not apply to states. Not to be outdone:
McCain to back Meg Whitman for California governorYou know, this woman:
Whitman said she...believes tough gun laws like assault weapon bans and handgun control are appropriate for California.Tell me which "American values" were being celebrated again? And what kind of "leadership"?

ReplyDeleteThanks a million for that mental image, Michael.
Ein Volk, ein Reich...
ReplyDelete... ein Party.
Racial and ethnic diversity are nice. Diverging from socialistic thought would be nicer. Praise from mediocrities like McCain and Steele are not exactly glowing recommendations.
Saw something funny the other day. Rep. Eric Cantor, R-Va., age late 40s, is the "new, young face of the Republican Party in Congress." That's Eric "PATRIOT Act" Cantor.
How skrood are we?
Just noticed this--no media bias here, is there?
ReplyDeleteSteele didn’t mention Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich, the two leading proponents of the racially-loaded attacks on Sotomayor.
What have Gingrich and Limbaugh said that was "racially-loaded"? Yes, they're accusing her of "race-loading," but I have yet to see the slightest indication that any of their objections to her nomination have any connection to her race.
Meg Whitman, the EBAY ____ who banned anything that could look like a gun with the right squinting or a dirty monitor.
ReplyDeleteI'd make some kind of battered wife joke here, but these guys are a big enough joke already. Anyone who still belongs to the party quit enabling them and GTFOD while the gettin's good!
Neither of these jackasses speak for me or for any other American citizen who believes in and supports the Constitution.
ReplyDeleteI know what kind of leadership we can expect. Right down the yellow brick road to Sarah Brady Paradise.
Leadership, and republican party, are simply two trains of thought that don't mix.
ReplyDeleteMuch like the it takes one train 8 hours and the other 22 hours to make the trip. if both maintain constant speeds and travel along the same track, at what time do they hit each other?
I knew it was the right decision to stop voting Republican...
ReplyDeleteI know, I know, late to (leave) the party, but better late than never.
David. I am very disappointed. You forgot to include something from Flip Flop Mitt. The American Values tour is not complete without it.
ReplyDeleteAaaah the good old eBay days... 75 round AK drums.... "HOLD 10 ROUNDS PER eBAY RULES" hahahaha
ReplyDeleteFWM--I didn't have any recent betrayal from the Mitthead or I would have. That is the common denominator here.
ReplyDelete" Steele didn’t mention Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich..."
ReplyDelete"You can't continue to listen to Rush Limbaugh and work with us." -- Obama
Diversity is good... as long as it's not diverse.
I have no doubt that the Republicans will also rubber-stamp Obama's Internet czar. They've seen how the game appears to be going and want to be on the winning team. Obama admitted yesterday that his campaign website was hacked. How timely and convenient. Another instant crisis that needs an Overseer.
Clearly with the two headed one body monster that has taking over our country. We have lost our country and our rights, property and freedoms to this monster. Many of us know this but we are not joined with our other Americans because the flow of TV and junk food hasn't been lacking.
ReplyDeleteI see the dumb down TV shows and news along with junk food as the beads and blankets traded to the American Indians. We all know what happened to the American Indians could it happen to us?
