Oh, and if it's a nuke, I have a feeling that the damage takes a lot less time to be noticed, but the folks who would be responding aren't these goons.
The standard joke here in Texas is - The seriousness of a chemical spill or a terrorist attack can be determined by the number of dead highway patrolmen at the scene.
