I wouldn't want to be a soldier carrying one of these in an operation in a U.S. city. Like radiotelephone operators on any battlefield, and operators of microwave Active Denial units and armed drones, they would be triple-score priority tactical targets.

well as long as there are weapons that will penetrate car doors and fenders, I don't suppose there is an urgent need for civilians to have these. Though they would be nice.
