    Treaty! This is foundational in making it so reloading and other such equipment can be outlawed through the treaty process. This is nothing more than hoping to make some case law to move forward with. Beware!

  2. This document describes knives WITHOUT springs as well, including ones with a thumb stud on one or both sides of the blade "allowing the knife to be PULLED open" with one hand.
    Pretty much any tactical knife. I'm sure LEOs and paramedics will be exempt, since they use such tools in RESCUE operations.
    Damn, we're catching up with England faster than I thought.

  4. A screwdriver in your home or workshop will be acceptable under the "utilitarian use" paragraph. One in your pocket in public, however...

    NAFTA 1993. The great gift Clinton gave us. Dumbing down the U.S. to the lowest common Third World denominator. Now his wife is Secretary of State and he's an envoy to the UN.
    I thought the penalty for treason was quite different.
